Jan Allington takes photographs. She was born to paint, but life intervened. She has sneakily accumulated some work despite said intervention, and now she has quit her day job and is forging her own artistic path. Over the last three years she has had several shows, including the Bellevue Arts Museum’s ArtsFair, several group shows and solo shows at MTZ Gallery in Las Vegas, and odd group shows across the Seattle area.
