Nate was born and raised on a Minnesota pig farm. Growing up on a farm fostered his imagination where he and his brother would enjoy many adventures. After graduating from Moorhead MN with a BFA in Art, he moved out to Seattle in 2004 and immediately joined Sev Shoon Arts Center, which is a co-op printmaking studio. His roots grew and are still growing in the Pacific North West. Nate shows often in the Seattle area, works on various illustration projects, creates hand made board games, and always keeps an eye out for whatever is next.
