I'm Ellen, and I have been writing songs, lyrics, and poetry since I was a teenager. Music and words are catharsis for me, and celebration. I am the mother of four grown children, and a spiritual practitioner of numerous modalities. I bring to my practice my insatiable curiosity and irrepressible optimism. It is my honour and privilege to offer in service what I have learned along the way. My greatest joy is to take you where I have been, to touch what I have touched, and see what I have seen. When I do that, then I have achieved my goal.
