
Linda Umans is a native of New York City where she lives, studies, writes. She is also an ardent traveler with special interests in art and nature. Highlights from the not too distant past include Nunavut, Rajasthan, the Kalahari. She enjoyed a long career teaching in various public schools, elementary and intermediate, where there was no end to the involvement and the stories. She is currently indulging a love interest in poetry. Some of her work can be found in Switched-on Gutenberg, qarrtsiluni, The Broome Street Review, Terrain.org, Waterways and The Ghazal Page. She is very pleased to have been in all these places.
