A. Minor, a 7th-generation Vermonter, is on a mission to spread color around Planet Earth. Her artistic journey began with an obsession with quilting, and the process of sectioning and repositioning a design to form a repeating pattern is integral to her ever-evolving artistic visions. Since the 1990's, she has been incorporating the psychadelic colors and designs of Mayan art into her work, creating kaleidoscopic art pieces that synthesize hand-drawn imagery with sacred geometry and fractals. Now she goes beyond static images to shares her designs through "interplanetary video art" - animated video performance and sound/art installations. She feels that her work is reaching a pinnacle of success now that it can move and evolve and dance. . .
