BLUES ELEMENT: 

Toronto's Blues Element are purveyors of fine jazzy blues and bluesy jazz. At the heart of the group are the songwriters; vocalist Jamie Browning and drummer Iain Green. Smoke and Mirrors is one of several traveling songs in their songbook, written while Jamie and Iain were traveling separately, but were about to overlap in the same city for a few days. There have been many journeys since, and this October will see them back in the recording studio with a stellar crew of guest musicians working on their 3rd release of original songs, including a few more fit for the open road.
