Francis Toriaga was born in Quezon City, Philippines but moved to Upstate New York when he was 9 years old. He recently earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Animation and Illustration in SUNY Fredonia. Although he's been working through digital means, he is a fine artist at heart. Art provides him a way to not only express himself, but as a way to use his creativity through problem solving.
