Kyle Bryant grew up in a small city in Maine where he started out exploring forgotten urban spaces, as a graffiti artist. Much of his recent works are influenced by the landscapes and the graphic graffiti art of his earlier days. His prints of cityscapes create the feeling of controlled chaos. A combination of wood block printing and silkscreen, his graphic buildings envelop the space and create an oppressive urban terrain that is at once engulfing yet intriguing.
