Works by Greg Johnson
Greg Johnson got a job working in a body shop as a high school student. He painted his first work in acrylic a few years later. It seems only inevitable that a man with an artistic eye would eventually take advantage of the artistic qualities of scrap metal and parts of cars. Working with materials that might be seen by some as "junk," Greg creates pieces with emotional depth and clarity. His philosophy at the body shop - "Don't throw away nothin'" - has served him well, as his work has been displayed around Kansas and beyond. Find out more about him in our guest artist catalog and on his website: www.gregjohnsonsculpture.com.
